New Automated Closeout Letter System
Effective April 1, 2007, the Office of Sponsored Program will be go live with an automated closeout letter system. In the past Principal Investigators received the closeout letters either by e-mail or hard copy. This system will allow PI's to login using their PID/Password and access letters and questionnaires for projects assigned to the PI that have end dates approaching. The PI will be notified by e-mail when he/she has a project end date approaching and direct them to the website. Below you will find the powerpoint that will walk you through the system which we think you will find helpful. If you have any questions regarding the technical aspects of the system please contact Chris Dunavant at chrisdunavant@vt.edu or 540-231-0669, if you need assistance navigating through the system or have specific questions about your project please contact your assigned Post Award Administrator.
